Polish chain Qubus has a dozen hotels, mostly in the south west of the country. The design is perhaps a bit dated and unimaginative, but the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms generously sized. (Check availability and pricing on Booking.com or Agoda.com).
Perhaps a little bland in design, the rooms are nonetheless clean and comfortable, and the hotel does well on all the fundamentals, including good service from the staff. Single rooms are available and some doubles come with a bathtub. The hotel restaurant serves a superb breakfast with a choice of over 100 items! Polish cuisine features for other meals, with a sprinkling of international dishes.
Although on the junction of a busy traffic intersection, the building itself is back from the road and the hotel is pretty well located for ul. Piotrkowska. The location is also handy if you are driving in, especially as free parking is available.
