Featuring exposed red brickwork and textile-themed interiors, boutique Hotel The Loom fits nicely into its location on the borders of Łódź’s vast Manufaktura district. (Check availability and pricing on Booking.com or Agoda.com).
With just double and twin rooms, Hotel The Loom is clearly designed for couples and good friends. Immaculately clean and comfortable, the textile-themed interiors are approrpiate, if a bit busy for my taste. The rooms are nicely sized and the bathrooms are of the usual high standards of Polish accommodation – some even have a bathtub.
Service is good, as you would expect with a boutique, and Robert Biernacki’s Wątek Restaurant features fine contemporary Polish cuisine. The hotel breakfast is also highly recommended. There is a sauna and fitness room, and various wellness treatments are available.

Hotel The Loom is an excellent choice for couples who like a bit of pampering to augment their sightseeing. Its location is also perfect for a shopping trip to the city.
